If I have a problem with my order who should I contact? 

Please contact Jack Nadel International at naturemade@nadel.com for any questions regarding an merchandise order found in this site, tracking of a shipment from specifically naturemademerch.com.  They will get back to you the same day.   

We will not have information for orders on vitamins or orders placed with Naturemade directly.   We are not responsible for any vitamin orders and this website handles only the merchandise listed for sale.

What is the return policy for Nature Made’s pickleball merchandise? 

If you are not happy with a purchase or want to exchange it for another item, please email naturemade@nadel.com. You can return merchandise to the address below:

Please indicate whether you want a replacement or full refund. Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All other returns will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please indicate your order # when returning the item. 

I have a coupon code. How can I use it? 

Coupon codes allow you to deduct a certain dollar amount or percentage off your order or shipping charges. Simply enter your coupon code during the check-out process and the appropriate amount will be deducted.
